Sealed are invited by NICMAR-Pune for the construction of an institutional building at the amount of 75
crores INR. The work involves execution to finish and complete handover the building with semi
interiors works.

To complete the construction work with interiors within the 24 months of calendar years. The Tender
form with duly completed with all relevant documents including earnest money 7.5 lacks in the favor of
NICMAR-Pune at Balewadi branch. The entire tender should be submitted before 20/11/2019 at 2 PM.
NICMAR authority (Director) reserves to right of cancellation of tender without giving any reason.
