    1. Do the delays in decision regarding election protest create doubt


    to the result?

    Delays in decision regarding election protest for me it doesn’t create


    doubt to the result because everything must go to a process. For
    recounting of votes one must undergo several proceedings like machine
    counts and manual counts.

    2. Why do you think COMELEC is not effective in preventing vote-


    buying?

    There are lot of ways for vote-buying. COMELEC is not effective in


    preventing vote-buying because they need the help of the citizen to
    become there eyes. But these politician are targeting those people who
    are in the “laylayan” because they know that these voters needed
    whatever they are giving to them. So no one dares to report those incident
    that is why COMELEC are having troubles on vote-buying.
