B. The contract may not be cancelled before
its termination without the consent of the two
parties, and the Second Party will have to
pay before the finally leaves work

2. Travel Expenses:
(a) The first Party shall undertake the travel
costs of the Second Party from the country of
.-. (origin). to the place of work in the state
of Qatar and return air passage. The
‘employer shall also bear the travel costs of
the worker from the state of Qatar to his city
and back to Qatar on leave periods as
provided for in individual employment
contract. These costs do not include
expenses for acquiring a passport or paying
any insurance.
(b) The First Party shall be exempted from
payment of return expenses of the worker in
the following cases:
1. In case of resignation before the end of
the Contract.
2. in the event he commits a breach resulting
in his dismissal without a service gratuity in
accordance with the provisions of the Qatari
labour law.

3. Salary and Gratuit

7. Medical & Social care:
(b) The first party undertakes that the second
party will receive his payable indemnity for
ty or death during work or
arising there from according to Qatari laws in
(a) The Second Party is entitled for 21
Calendar days a normal yearly paid leave.
(b) The Second Party shail receive full day
during the following official days:
Eid ALFitr (3 days)
Eid Al-Adha (3 days)
National-day (1 day)
The Second Party is also entitled for three
working days leave with full pay during the
year. These days are decided by the employer
for all workers.
(c) The Second Party is entitled for sick leave
With pay after three months of continues
Service with the First Party in accordance
withthe Qatari Labour Law.
9. General Provision:
(a) The Second Party undertakes to perform is,
duties in accordance with the average rates of
daily performance known in his occupation. In
the event of the Second Party failed to do so,
he shall be subject to the table of penalties in
this respect.
