One Set of Photocopies of all documents including Academic Certi cates, Degrees, Mark sheets,
PEC / PM&DC Registration Certi cate, Domicile Certi cate, Equivalency Certi cate (in case of foreign
degree / O-Level / A-Level) and Experience Certi cates (if any). (In case of failure, you will not be
allowed to appear for Test)
One recent Passport Size Photograph and One copy of CNIC.
NOC in case of Govt. / Semi Govt. employee, otherwise you will not be entertained.
Writing material (black marker / pointer & Clip Board is mandatory).
Note:

No TA / DA will be admissible.
Do not bring any Laptop / Electronic gadget with you.
To avoid any inconvenience, reach the venue well before time.
