AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED

         I, CARLOS D. JUSTIANI JR. AND MARJORIE B. LAYUMAS, of legal

age, Filipino, married and a resident of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That, we are neighbors and close friends with Mr. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR. ;

2. That, we both knew that SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA is the legitimate
child of Mr. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR. ;

3. That, we both stand as principal sponsors of SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA

during her baptism at San Carlos Borromeo Cathedral, San Carlos City, Negros
Occidental;
4. That, during the baptism we witnessed that MR. ESTEBAN SALDUA JR. stood as
the father of SARAH JOY SALDUA PUENTESPINA;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal intents and for whatever purpose it may deem to be lawfully
used ;
