    Hi Caroline
    Last week I saw a documental of advices to overcome this Pandemic I
    remembered you asked about this. First you should stay in home, if
    you have to go out you should keep the distance with the people.
    Secondly you should wash you hands, this is more easier than others.
    Finally you should not visit your friends or your family.
    I know the first is the most difficult but you can look for a new hobbies.
