Technical Guidelines to record an effective Video

 Video should be recorded in good resolution. This can be

adjusted in the Rear Camera Settings.
 Keep the device steady. Avoid shaking. It is better to use a
device holder/Tripod.
 The student should be visible till Waist level.
 Shoot video in PORTRAIT mode. Hold the device
VERTICALLY. This is for SINGERS.
 Piano Players and other Instrument players should shoot in
LANDSCAPE mode. Holding the device HORIZONTALLY.
 If possible, use blue or green background for shooting
otherwise any plain simple background. Avoid heavy
décor behind.
 Lights play a very important role in Video recording.
 Stand in such a manner, where the light is falling on your
face and not coming from your backside as it will
produce a dark image.
 For example, standing with your back facing a Window
results in a Dark image.
 Better to stand facing the Window (In case of Daylight).
 The idea is that there should be light on your face.
 While shooting, play the track on a device and sing along
with that with proper expression and lip sync.
 We will remove your Voice later from the video.
 But for a natural looking video, sing along with the track.

 Please do not use Whatsapp for sharing, as Whatsapp
compresses the File Resolution for viewing on Mobile.
 The required format for VIDEO File is MP4. No other
format please.

Technical Guidelines to record an effective Audio

 While recording, the room MUST be completely SILENT.
 Switch off the Fan and AC too as sometimes even AC
produces fine sound which gets captured along with the
Audio.
 Please make sure that there is no other Background
noise.
 You will need 2 devices for Audio recording.
 Play the track in your Earphones only from one device.
 Leave one ear open so that you can hear your own voice.
 Record the voice in another device, so that we can get
pure Vocals without any other sound.
 Sing along with the track maintaining a Secure pitch and
pulse.
 Practice several times before final recording.

create your Videos keeping these points in mind so that
the end product turns out to be beautiful.
