1. What is the meaning of research?


Answer :
Research means is a search for knowledge it aims for finding out truth, art of
scientific investigation, key of thinking, critically examining aspects of daily life. Facts
finding process, a movement from the known to unknown. Once can also means as a
scientific & systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. Research
requires you to inquire investigation about your chosen research topic by asking
questions that will make you engage yourself in top-level thinking strategies of
interpreting! analyzing! synthesizing! criticizing appreciating or creating to enable you
to discover many things you tend to wonder about the topic of your research work.
Research is, this an original contribution of an stock of knowledge making for in
advancement. It is the pursuit of truth with the help of study, observation, comparison
and experiment. In short the search for knowledge and through objective and
systematic method of finding solution to a problem is research. Through research, a
decision maker can quickly get a summary of current scenario, which improves his
information base for making sound decisions affecting
future operations oforganization. It is useful to accelerate the decision making power 
and it alone can make possiblethe identification of the determinants.

facets, it’s open satisfies our curiosity It keeps clever mind busy and help to give
purpose, research broadens our knowledge base both individually and collectivity
which in turn hopefully leads on ways of doing things, it also facilitates connections
and understanding are both quite pleasurable.

3. What are the characteristics of a Good Research?


Answer :
The researcher should be a creative and highly motivated individual, a good problem
solver who sees problems as challenges to be overcome rather than avoided. Should
not be Plagiarized, it should help in solving the major issues and complex problems,
research should content all authentic data, facts, researcher should mention also that
what they learnt from their respective research. A good researcher must be open-
minded and must also adopt a critical way of thinking. Besides, he/she should be
hard working, diligent, focused and devoted to his/her specific field of interest.
Updating his/her knowledge is of utmost importance and can be accomplished in
several ways, such as following the current literature, attending conferences or
exchanging ideas with colleagues working in a relevant field.
