Communication

Corresponding information or passing it, feelings, or ideas from one to the other is
communication.

The communication may be written or oral, informal, formal, and using information that is
studied, analyzed, and stored, thus helps understand people better and removing
misunderstanding also educates them.

The importance of communication skills cannot be underestimated. it has been known, that
long before when language was yet to be invented, people used body language to converse
with one another, however, it was a lack of affection. Furthermore, a simple
miscommunication, especially when one is ill, makes one feel awful.

For instance, a doctor may be knowledgable and may have considerable expertise in his/her
area of work, however, a patient may feel neglected or misbehaving if the doctor is not
particularly good at communicating and venting.

So to have effective communication certain principles are to be followed.

1.Clarity:

The principles of clarity mean the words used should be unambiguous and simple. The language
should not create any confusion, it should be clear and understandable.

2.Attention:

The faithful, efficient, and immediate manager succeeds in drawing the consideration of his/her
subordinate to what he/she is conveying.

3.Economy:

The system of communication must be used timely i.e at the appropriate time and when it is
necessary. The economy in the use of the communication system can be realized.

4.Empathetic Listening:

The purpose is to understand the speaker's wants, feeling, and needs in order to support.
5.Proper Language:

Mild language must be used in communication.

6.Feedback:

This is the most important principle of communication. The communicator must have feedback
on whether if his/her purpose is received or not, and also whether the recipient agreed or
disagreed about the other one's opinion. After getting that the communicator may decide what
must say and confer.

7.Purposefulness:

Every single communication must have a purpose, one's image must vent and improve by
his/her communication. sharing opinions will show the main purpose of the communication.

There are more principles of communication, however, these are the most vulnerable and
useful ones that we can practice in our daily life, for conforming to our point of view.
