CMS Infosystems is a cash management services company. Its core function is cash
replenishment in ATMs, retail transactions and Card customization service.

a. Banks operating in India

a. Replenishing cash in ATMs across the country
b. Depositing cash for retail stores/malls in banks
c. Card Services: printing details of customer on Credit/Debit cards

3. Key Resources:
a. Custodians are the key people who travel from the vault to the ATMs and
replenish the cash and some maintenance work too
b. Sales team

4. Value Proposition:
a. ATM cash replenishment within 2 hours of information
b. 90% of all card customization in India is done at CMS
5. Customer Relationship:
Most important as being in the services sector, quick and secure delivery of
services is all. Most clients have long term relationship with the firm. This is also
affected by locations, for example, in a tier-I or tier-II city, a bank may have more
than one cash management company at disposal but smaller load locations have
only one.
6. Channels:
Most messages are received on its portal, there are a fleet of vehicles which are
dedicated for defined areas. These vehicles are fitted with gps transmitters and
are monitored in the respective regions.
7. Customer Segments:

8. Cost Structure:
Much part of the cost is used in paying their employees. Another part of the
costs also involves equipment to be set up (ATMs) and for maintenance
purposes.
9. Revenue streams:
Are generated from the charges per replenishment from banks, every retail
transaction and bank charges on card customization. Some revenue also comes from
consulting and setting up of teller machines in select location.
