Notification In view of the lockdown imposed by the Government of Karnataka in Bengaluru Urban and Rural District from 15" July 2020 and the notice dated 12.07.2020 of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, applicable to Bengaluru Urban and Rural Couris, the sitting arrangements vide dated: 10.07.2020 for limited functioning of Courts of Bengaluru Urban District from 15° July 2020 till the lockdown is withdrawn shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that till the lockdown is lifted, only exceptional urgent mattes are allowed to be filed by the way of e-filing, if Advocates make out a case of extreme urgency. Unless extreme urgency is made out, request for e-filing will not be entertained, In this regard, co-operation of the members of the Bar is requested. Further, payment of court fee, process fee, physical filing of the caveats, with prior appointment are allowed on the appointed date.
