A : “Todd mom’s birthday is in less than a week we haven’t planned anything what are
we going to do”
B : “What are we supposed to do something?”
A : “no seriously Todd we have to do something we either have to give her a surprise
party or take her out to dinner or something we can’t just not celebrate her birthday
come on”
B : “ok. I was just kidding. I like the surprise party idea”
A : “okay that’s what I’m talking about Todd that’s what I want to hear all right let’s
think”
B : “I think we should invite her friends on Wednesday, the day she gets home early.”
A : “perfect that’s perfect this way we can get everybody here before she gets home from
work and we can all shout surprise but wait I have a midterm exam on Wednesday I
won’t be here in the day to bring all the food and let everybody in”
B : “No problem. I am off from work all day I can be here.”
A : “terrific that’ll work so here’s what I’m going to do I’ll come early before school on
Wednesday and bring all the food then later you can come and organize the food and
the people how’s that sound”
B : “You’re my big sister. Anything for you!”
A : “perfect now the last thing we have to think about is the birthday cake do you still
have your friend you know the one who is learning how to become a pastry chef can
he help”
B : “you mean max? yep, he can halp. He’d love to!”
A : “all right well as shocked as I am I have to admit we’ve planned pretty good”
B : “I think so too. The only thing left is Mom’s gift.”
A : “oh my gosh Todd you’re right her present how could I forget”
B : “I hope we do not both get the same thing.”
