CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

Dear MS. ZHENG MENG
OSIRIS THREESIXTY BUSINESS OUTSOURCING SERVICE. (herein after referred to as the

“Company”) is hereby offering you an employment as a I.T. Specialist for a period of One (1)
YEAR effective 30 November 2019 until 29 November 2020 under the following terms and
conditions.
I. DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT:
From the date of effectivity of your engagement, you shall render your services with
the Company for a period of One (1) Year unless terminated sooner of the parties.
Said engagement may be renewed upon mutual agreement of the parties.
II. AS AN EMPLOYEE, YOU WILL:
a. Strictly abide by all policies/procedures, rules and regulations of the Company, as

well as those which said company may hereafter cause to be issued in connection
with your work and for its best interest.
b. Strictly abide by the established working conditions and work hours as may be
determined by the company.
c. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of the
Company, you shall perform such duties are customarily performed by one holding
such position on other businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as
that engaged in by the company. The Employee shall additionally render such other
services, responsibilities, and duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by
the Company.
III. WORKING HOURS AND DAY-OFF:
Your working hours will follow those provided for in your respective job descriptions
which are subject to changes as deemed by the Company, for its best interest. You will
be entitled to work on a shifting schedule for nine (8) hours a day, including one (1)
hour meal break, with one (1) day regular off per week.
IV. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The I.T. SPECIALIST is responsible for maintaining the operations of all electronic gaming
devices in the game room. They will assist the I.T. SPECIALIST Supervisors and Manager with
their daily duties.

V. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The scope of your duties and responsibilities as will be:
 Installing new software and hardware components.

 Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary
demands.
 Assisting with network administration tasks.
 Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
 Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
 Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer
usage.
 Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
 Maintains cooperative working relationship with team members and supervisor.
 Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and
Company and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive,
courteous and professional service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors
and fellow employees.
 Frontline support for addressing questions, issues and complaints submitted by
end user patrons via Live Chat, Email and Phone.
 Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor to provide an enjoyable and or
apathetic experience during their time of communication with end user patrons.
 Other duties or responsibilities as may be additionally outlined in your respective
job description pertaining on your position as issued by the Company, which may
be subject to change as deemed necessary.
OSIRIS THREESIXTY BUSINESS OUTSOURCING SERVICE, has the right to transfer you
from one branch to another, subject to its sole discretion as deemed necessary.
VI. SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Your commencing monthly salary will be Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 25,000.00)
which shall be subjected to the mandatory expanded withholding tax on compensation
and other mandatory government deductions.
During the Employee’s employment, the Employee will be entitled to the following
benefits:
a. Vacation Leaves.
b. All regular employees will be entitled for vacation leave back to their home
country thrice a year.
c. Insurance.
d. All new hires are covered by the Company’s Insurance Plans: HMO (Health Care),
Accidental and Critical Illness benefits, once you have complete insurance
enrollment forms.
e. Meals.
f. Free daily meals will be provided
g. Housing and Accommodation
h. All employees will be provided free accommodation in a particular area, within the
proximity of the work place.
VII. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT:
This Agreement shall likewise terminate upon the following causes;
a. Employee’s Death
b. Employee’s Disability, which shall mean the determination by the Employer that,
due to physical or mental disability, the Employee is customary duties. The option
may terminate this Agreement under this ground shall be exercised solely by the
Employer by giving notice to the Employee.
c. At either the Employer’s or Employee’s option, upon the other party’s breach of
any of the covenants hereunder, other than those that would constitute Dismissal
for Cause, whereby the terminating party shall give the other party thirty (30) days
written notice of termination specifying the ground therefore. The termination
shall take effect upon the expiration of the said thirty-day period,
d. In the event that Employer shall cease operations at the Premises mentioned
above, then this agreement shall terminate as of the last day of the month in
which operations have ceased in the Premises with the same force and effect as if
such last day of the month were originally set forth as the termination date hereof.
e. Other similar acts committed by the Employee, such as, but not limited to:
i. Improper used or access of the internet, which includes activity that

disrupts work, wastes bandwidth, or may subject the Company to legal
liability, including the viewing pornography or downloading of images that
might be deemed sexist, racist, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise below the
Company’s standards of professionalism and respectability.
ii. Downloading filed from the internet to a Company machine or network
without management authorization, downloading of MP3 songs, videos,
installing, or participating in file-sharing application / Web site form
Company computers.
f. The failure of the Employee to meet the standards for regular employment, during
the probationary period, should either party wish to terminate this agreement, a
minimum of serve (7) days written notice is required. Once the Employee has
successfully completed his/her probationary period, a minimum of one (1) month
prior written notice must be given by either party to terminate this Agreement.
VIII. CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS
All records and documents of OSIRIS THREESIXTY BUSINESS OUTSOURCING SERVICE

including any and all information pertaining to its business and relevant affairs and/or
that of its affiliated companies, are strictly of the absolute information of the
Company and are considered confidential in all its aspect and totality, and you shall
not in any way or manner disclose or reproduce any such information and/or
documents at any time during the period of your employment or even after you
have ceased to be an employee of the Company.
In this regard, upon resignation/termination from employment you are prohibited
from applying/accepting another job from another company that is similar to the
business of the Company, within one (1) year from the time of separation from the
company.
In the event that you undertake some activity contrary to or in violation of this provision,
you shall be liable to OSIRIS THREESIXTY BUSINESS OUTSOURCING SERVICE for such
damages as may be proved by the latter as result of such breach of contract.
IX. SATUTORY BENEFITS
You are eligible to all statutory benefits for the employees as mandated and regulated
by the government.
Should the foregoing terms and conditions be acceptable to you, please signify your conformity
thereto by signing the space provided therein below.
