The research aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of Computer Vision

Syndrome (CVS) on the final semester students year 2013 of Sriwijaya University due to the
high computer exposure due to their final project demands. The research was a cross sectional
study to 88 final semester students selected by proportional randome sampling. Data analysis
was univariate and bivariate (chi-square test). The research shows 80,7 % of 88 students have
CVS symptoms. Utility time variable is associated with CVS symptoms (p-value=0.0023. Thus,
It can be concluded that the higher of computer exposure the higher the risk of CVS symptoms.
