WHY GONE SO SOON

My beloved Grand Ma, the lady of iron, so wise, loving, caring and strong enough to raise your own
daughters and sons single handed. Educating them and showed them the right ways of life. Your
love had no bounds to those of your own and too to the passersby. For all what you showed us, we
shall really miss you.

See how grieved we are, our hearts are heavy, the precious jewel is gone, see by your side, your only
remaining daughter (Sadaka) much grieved, by far do you see how Wilson, Harrison, Philip and
Emmanuel are down hearted? Though gone we shall forever cherish what you left in our hearts. All
those who know you ha ve a story to tell.

Grand ma, do you remember what you told me? “Be strong and focused” you were a friend to us.
Can you see how much sorrow you have caused to your grandchildren? Josphat, Alice, Nelson,
Danson, Mariator, Doris, Matilder, Peter, Fikiri, Amani, Joy, Rackel, Natasha, Precious, Sanita,
Thomas, Kibigili, Mapenzi, Baraka and Liam? We really miss you Nelly.

Do you remember the little Reuben, Rina, Anita and Precious? They wonder why so soon? Old is
gold and the gold is gone. Grand Ma, hope your safe journey back, let God rest your soul in eternal
peace, Bye, Bye…. Meet you some days in the beautiful heavens.
