Abstract
This project is an application designed for the banking sector. This application enables the
customers to perform banking transactions. This application provides employees to perform
banking transactions, manage customer accounts in an efficient manner. And generate various
customer accounts related reports.

The primary aim of this application is to provide a simple bank transaction system, which is
necessary for a core sector like banking. This necessitates the design to be expandable and
modifiable and so a modular approach is used in developing the software.

All transactions are carried out by transferring from accounts in the same Bank. The software is
meant to overcome the drawbacks of the manual system. The software has been developed using
the most powerful and secure backend mysql and the most widely accepted open source Java
Platform.
