NON FINANCIAL PARAMETERS OF DECISION MAKING.

The non financial parameters that would be considered in decision making are-:

1) The company’s moto “ Sense of Place”, this is the individual brand strategy adopted since
the company came to existence so any decision made – the moto should be intacted.
2) The company’s unwillingness to be like just another canned and cookie cutter corporate
hotel while promoting it as a corporate brand would be a non financial decision making
factor.
3) The company is very specific that it doesn’t upset the co-op owners who have an emotional
bond with a specific hotel and its services which would be another non financial decision
making factor.
4) The company gives it’s customers a high quality of services. The company would refrain from
taking any decision which would compromiste on it thus making it another non financial
factor.
