Application for a loan

I would like to apply for the sum of Three Million Leone (3,000,000) from the company. The
money is required for paying medical expenses for my mother who is supposed to undergo
urgent operation on Friday 15/03/19 in Liberia. The doctor demands the sum of Twelve Million
Leone (12,000,000) for the operation, and I already have the sum of Nine Million Leone
(9,000,000).

Please I really need the help of the company with the sum of Three Million Leone (3,000,000) to
meet the dead line for the operation which is Friday 15/03/19.

I propose to repay the amount in three installments of One Million Leone (1,000,000) every
Month. Which to be deducted from my salary with effect from March 2019 payroll.

Your assistance in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated.
