We have four of these pumps, and we have to withdraw again.
The problem is that they are in German language, and we should be able to change it, in
Italian or English.
On the service manual I seem to have realized that it is necessary to have the plug to

It's true you need the service plug to enter service mode and change the language. If I
remember correctly, the plug has an order code that you can buy from the local supplier.
Mind you, when I contacted our local BBraun supplier, they refused to sell it to me and I

I was able to go into service mode!
You have to short pins 2-4, the service pin on the back that has 5 contacts (DIN)

The mfc plug has 2 LEDs, one red and one green. Maybe the pump looks for a specific
voltage drop??
