Your license is printed below. To legally use your license, you must follow these
instructions.

1. Sign your license. Licenses are not valid until signed and carried with a general
hunting license.
2. Cut along the outside border of the license. (NOTE: Should you choose to
laminate your license document, you MUST ensure that all sections of the
license are visible for display to a law enforcement officer.)
3. Carry this license with you while participating in the activity covered by the
license and display it to a law enforcement officer or the landowner upon
request. You are required to carry additional identification with you while
afield to confirm your identity and residency in the event that a law enforcement
officer or the landowner requests to see it. A photo ID is strongly recommended.
4. State law prohibits you from borrowing or loaning this license to anyone.

This document shall serve as a temporary Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and
Conservation Stamp for a period of 45 days from the date of issuance and shall
entitle its holder to hunt migratory waterfowl within Pennsylvania and any other

state(s) that have approved its validity. Call 1-800-852-4897 if you do not receive
your Federal Duck stamp.

All privileges associated with this stamp are valid only when exercised in
conjunction with a valid hunting license.
