Make 1 complete sale

To make a complete sale, it means you will have to go through the following
phases:
1. Find a possible customer
2. Identify what clothes the customer would like to have. Draw simple
sketches to show
3. Identify all you need to make the clothes: How much material is needed,
how much time is needed, do you need to split the work between more
people, etc
4. Formulate a proposition to the customer about the cost of the clothes
they want
5. Invoice the customer and collect the money for the sale
6. Begin production: Buy the materials and start
7. Do accounting: Keep all receipts as well as a copy of the invoice given
to the customer. Keep it in a Journal with date and time
8. Give the clothes to the customer, and payout the surplus of the sale
50% to the orphanage bank account and 50% to the workers
9. Do follow-up with customer to know if they are still satisfied. Collect
customer testimony/review/feedback in the Journal

Write a full report between 3 to 15 pages detailing how you went through the 9
phases of a complete sale. Add the following 3 sections to your report
1. Discussion: Where you discuss how the process went, what went good
and what could have been done better, individual experiences and if
there were any details that were specifically challenging, what new
knowledge you had to learn to complete the assignment.
2. Recommendations: Where you briefly extract the recommendations
based on the Discussion
3. Conclusion: Any concluding statements about the assignment.
