I was wondering if you could help me with a topic for my presentation

-That’s great!I’m doing mine on how technology changed the entertainment industry.What do you think
I should start with?

-How about we start talking about social media because it is the most common form of entertainment
used by people nowadays

-I think so too. More than any time in the past people are more connected today due to the expansion
of communication and entertainment devices. Advanced smartphones or tablets have enabled viewing
content online from anywhere and everywhere. Now consumers are accessing on demand the content
that was earlier limited to TV. While the internet has removed all barriers to communication, social
media platforms have made it simpler and easier making it a highly organized and sophisticated
experience. Now people are able to share their experience and concerns on the social networks with
others.

-But wouldn’t you say that digital downloads have had an equally great impact on our society? We use
downloading services everyday especially for music being now possible to access and listen to millions of
songs by the simple touch of a phone screen.Musical industries are highly benefited with such services
as they are earning heavily from the streaming technology.

-I totally agree,and also we can download movies,books or even presentations every time we feel like
watching an action movie,reading a romance novel or need help with some homework.Everything we
need to satisfy our thirst for entertainment is one click away.What do you think we should end with?

-I thought about saying about movies but we covered that already.How about we discuss about the
animated films instead?They are a great form of entertainment

-Yes why not?The biggest use for animation is for entertainment purposes.Animation is used on the
TV,on our phones and all over the internet.In television,animation is mostly used to occupy children,as it
gives them something to laugh about to keep them entertained for longer periods of time.

-Definetly.That’s why I think they should use animation more in school presentations for kids as they
would definetly enjoy learning a lot more.I think that would be all
