Coffee & Packed food: are products that operate in high growth markets and have a high market share.
They are the products that Starbucks is known for. Starbucks investing a lot of effort into investing in this
kind of product because it generates a lot of money for its company.

Tea: Tea for Starbucks is a product that operates in a high market growth sector, but have low market
share. Tea products are very famous nowadays and despite the trend of tea products, Starbucks offer
tries to offer teas yet it has a low contribution to the generation of profit to the company because
Starbucks is known for the coffees and packed food that they offer.

Merchandise: are products with high market share operating in a low growth market. Merchandise of
Starbucks contribute a lot in making high profit especially every end of the year because of the promo
that Starbucks offers. But they put a little investment on it.
Packaged Coffee beans: is a product with low marketing share as well as operating in a low growth
market. Starbucks is known for serving people or making coffees for their customer that is why there are
low marketing share and low growth in Packaged Coffee beans.
