Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT made as of the 28th day of September, 2020, between having its principal place of
business the "Employer"); and Mr. Sridhar (the "Employee").

WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and the Employee
desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.

IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and
receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:

Your employment with the company will be in lock in period for 2 years, during the tenure this
employment agreement cannot be terminated by the employee. If any party to the agreement violates
the said clause, such violation is regarded as a breach of the agreement/contract and in accordance with
the law of contract breaching party have to pay a sum of the damage amount to other party.
