A FIR has also been lodged in the matter. As per the team, local MLA, Sh. Lila Ram Gurjar pressurized the team to discontinue Executive Members !H¢ Mid and ask the team to leave the place immediately. However, the team continued Dr. Rajesh Raju the raid as per the PC PNDT Act, He (MLA) further threatened the team to face the ‘consequences. Dr. Pankaj Vats Now. to our surprise, Dr. Jai Bhagwan, Civil Surgeon Kaithal has been. Dr. Shamsher Unfortunately put under suspension on 07.10.2020 on the basis of the frivolous complaint of the said MLA. Dr. Virendra As we all know that “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ is a flagship programme of our dynamic Prime Minister, Shri Narender Modi Ji, doctors are doing their duties sincerely under PC PNDT Act and putting their best efforts for this programme, But the act of public representative (said MLA) favours the people involved in sex determination and female foeticide which is highly unfortunate and condemnable. Such type of action demoralizes the doctors and hinder the flagship programme of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, If'such type of practices continues. it will be difficult for us to render the services under PC PND Act, Doctors (Corona Warriors) are doing their duties sincerely at this difficult time in COVI-19 pandemic, putting their own as well as their family’s lite 1g with the Suspension of the Civil Surgeon (Head of Department at District Level) Jon frivolous complaint without any inquiry is very unfortunate and demoral: contents of the complaint (copy enclosed) are also very disheartenin: lspoiling the dignity of the doctors and detaming their im: lsorking in the Department throughout the Stateare having regarding this. @ great resentment ‘Scanned with CamScannerRegd.
