In Response To The Conceptual Case Of Robots In The Factory

Introduction

In the era of rapid and advance technological transformation, the emergence of robots as well as
artificial intelligence in the workplace have been prevalent and have been considered by some as
a business strategic plan. However, this trend of automation in the workplace can pose to a threat
not only to meaningful work but also about the environmental collateral damages with it.

Statement Of the Problem

The MWB Inc., in its latest board meeting discussed the possibility of automation in the
company. However, they were undecided whether to push through the said automation because
along with it are benefits for the company as well as certain consequences.

There are many discussion about the increasing numbers of automation in today’s ways of living.
In the business context, the most common fear alongside automation if the unemployment of
human workers have been greatly caught attention with. This is where the crucial role of
business leaders comes in.

Objectives

As the leader of the committee assigned to evaluating the problem, me and my team would make
a make a proposal of making a human-robot-friendly workplace that will achieve the following
goals:

a. To increase the quality of produced high-end car with the collaboration of human
workers and robots
b. To have human workers team up with robots to better pursue a worthy cause and where
workers have an enhanced sense of purposiveness
c. To achieve a desirable profit with consideration of existing environmental and ethical
laws
