双头无线 B 超维修说明

拆分双头无线 B 超步骤:
1:用镊子将橡胶按键撕开,胶水(YH-818)清除干净(注意不要弄伤外壳)。拧下按键四
周的四个螺钉。
Split the dual-head wireless B-step:
1: Tear the rubber button with tweezers and remove the glue (YH-818) (be careful not to injure
the case). Unscrew the four screws around the button.
2:将液晶屏一侧的换能器外壳和机身上壳之间掰开一条小缝,手指插入缝中,轻轻将外壳
掰开一点,将上壳从液晶屏一侧轻轻拔出。注意只能用手,避免用工具损伤外壳。
2: Open a small slit between the transducer shell on the side of the LCD screen and the upper
shell of the fuselage, insert the finger into the slit, gently pry the outer shell a little, and gently
pull the upper shell out from the side of the LCD screen. . Note that only the hand can be used to
avoid damage to the casing with tools.
3:将镊子(能导电)夹住如图所示 C61 和 C62 放掉高压电。揭开软排线,用电烙铁点开充
电铜线(点开前在铜线上用标签笔做好标记,区分正负极)。
3: Clamp the dice (can conduct electricity) and clamp the high voltage power to C61 and C62 as
shown. Uncover the soft cable and use the soldering iron to turn on the charging copper wire
(mark it with a label pen on the copper wire before opening it to distinguish the positive and
negative poles).
4:将下图所示的四个螺钉取掉,抬起电源板左,把电源板取下来。

remove the power board.
5:用镊子拨开磁片左侧,从这一侧抬起电池,将电池从电池仓中取出。

6:拧下如图四个螺钉,从凸阵换能器处掰开背壳,将背壳横向拉出,即可将背壳与机身分
离。

transducer, and pull the back shell laterally to separate the back shell from the fuselage.
组装双头无线 B 超步骤:
1:将背壳从线阵换能器一侧插入线阵换能器头壳,把背壳与机身合起,拧上如图四个螺钉。

1: Insert the back shell from the side of the line array transducer into the head array of the linear
array transducer, and put the back shell and the fuselage together, and screw the four screws as
shown.
2:装上电池,注意电池接口在电池仓缺口右上角处,将磁片压平。

2:如下图装上电源板,将电源板电池座接口与电池对接完全,拧上四个固定螺钉,接上软
板与电源板对接插座,焊上无线接收板电源线(如果不能确认正负极,可先不焊电源线,
将机身放在无线充电板上,用万用表测试电源线的输出正负极)。

the battery completely, screw the four fixing screws, connect the soft board to the power board
docking socket, and solder the wireless receiving board power cord (if the positive and negative
can not be confirmed) Extremely, you can not solder the power cord first, put the fuselage on the
wireless charging board, and test the output of the power cord with a multimeter).
3:在合上壳之前,测试整机充电和图像是否正常。
4:将上壳(玻璃窗的另外一侧)插入凸阵换能器外壳,把上壳与机身压平,拧上按键周围
的四颗固定螺钉。

4: Insert the upper case (the other side of the glazing) into the convex array transducer case,
flatten the upper case and the body, and screw the four fixing screws around the keys.
5:在按键周围的凹槽处点上 YH-818 胶水(避开四个螺钉),将橡胶按键放在按键上,压
平。在橡胶按键四周刮上卡夫特 704 白色硅胶,然后把硅胶处理干净

6:在换能器头壳和机身上下壳之间的所有接缝处,刮上卡夫特 704 白色硅胶,然后把硅胶
处理干净,合壳完成。

fuselage, scrape the Kraft 704 white silica gel, then clean the silica gel and complete the shell.
