ORDER

Before this Court is a Formal Offer of Evidence filed by Public Prosecutor

Ma. Eloiza T. Chavez on June 29, 2020 to which Comment/Opposition thereto was
filed by Accused thru counsel, Atty. Benito C. Torralba, on July 20, 2020.

Over the objection of the prosecution, the Court hereby resolves to admit
Exhibits “A” to “S” and their submarkings. Thereafter, the prosecution rested its
case.

The presentation of the rebuttal evidence is set on October 27, 2020 at 1:30
o’clock in the afternoon as previously scheduled.

SO ORDERED.
