IV. ConditiOns for the above posts:

Age limit. Educational Qualifications and Experience

1. (a) Age between 18 to 30 years as on 01-07-2019. [Relaxable 3 years for OBC]

2. (b) Essential Qualifications: A certificate in the respective Trade from any Technical
Institution recognized by the Government or 8th Standard pass with Experience of 1
year in the respective Trade.

3. Method of selection on the basis following Trade Tests:

Trade Test for M.V.Electrician

i) Must be able to locate and rectify any electrical faults on all standard vehicles and
motor cycles.
ii) He must have a good practical knowledge of all major repairs to vehicles electrical
equipment.
iii) He must be able to install and connect up electric motors and portable electrically
driven tools.
iv) He must be able to carry out any repairs required to portable electrical tools.
v) He must be conversant with the principles of the winding of armatures and filed
coils and generators and motors.
vi) He must have thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repairs of secondary
batteries.
 Trade Test for Painter

i) Do simple estimating for materials.

ii) Do shaded lettering in any size and have knowledge of other kinds of decorative
lettering.
iii) Must have a good knowledge of the mixing and application of all paints, varnishes,
fillers, enamels, polishes and distempers in use.
iv) Mark out and paint any badge in several colours from a drawing.
v) Must know the number of coats of paints required for various jobs and be able to
estimate quanities with a fair degree of accuracy.

V. PERIOD OF PROBATION: One year.

VI. Application must be signed by the candidate and accompanied with:

1. Self attested photocopies of the following certificates.

(i) Age proof, ii) Educational Qualification, iii) certificate in the respective Trade
from any Technical Institution recognized by the Government or 8th Standard pass

with Experience of 1 year in the respective Trade, iv) Copy of citizenship certificate/

government in support of Indian citizenship, v) Two copies of recent passport size

VII. Special Instructions to the APPLICANTS:

(1) Original Certificates should not be submitted. Only self attested copies should be sent

by Regd. Post / Speed Post only and other means will be rejected. (3) The applications
received after due date will not be considered. (4) Only selected candidate will be
informed. No correspondence will be entertained with others. Incomplete applications are
liable to be rejected. No intimations will be sent in this regard. Applications received after
due date, will be summarily rejected. (5) No allowances and expenses will be paid for
attending the test and the candidates will have to bear the cost. (6) The vacancies
notified are subject to change without assigning any reasons and Department reserves
the right to cancel the recruitment if so warranted.
