Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.


 Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems for
area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires
an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
 Help identifying a client’s high-level business needs and in the
creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation,
such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams
and use-cases
 Defining how our clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic
impact, help in defining a target IT architecture in the digital world
that supports business requirements and reduces costs
 Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling an
architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a
journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise
environment
 Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans
which reflect our practice’s deep industry, IT and business process
acumen to leverage technology for greatest strategic impact
 Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate
and implement programs
 Assisting our clients build the required capabilities for growth and
innovation to sustain high performance
 Developing offerings and assets
Qualifications:  Bachelor Degree in Engineering
 MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
Experience:  0-4 years of consulting experience
 Understanding of business parameters and drivers and the ability
to articulate technology issues in business terms and vice-versa
 Good working knowledge of one or more of the following:
 Digital technology strategy & roadmap development,
ecommerce/omni-channel, Digital Enterprise – Enterprise
Mobility, Enterprise Analytics, Internet of Things
 Cloud: Strategy, security, assessments / SaaS
implementations
 Enterprise architecture, IT Strategy, IT operating model and
IT cost reduction
 Knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)
 Knowledge of and passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility,
Cloud, Digital, AI, Blockchain etc.
 Capable of building end to end business solutions
 Exposure of end to end project delivery lifecycle desirable
 Experience in the one or more of the following industry segments
– Banking, Insurance, Retail, Products, Healthcare & Telecom

 Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
