Name of work: Engaging Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) for conducting
multiple stages of Computer Based Test, Computer Based Aptitude/Typing
Skill Test, Document Verification and all other related services in connection
with Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No.01/2019 for Non-Technical
Popular Categories (NTPC) all over India.

1. It is once again reiterated that the Pre-Bid conference will be held

on the scheduled date as advised in Corrigendum No.5 ie on
03.07.2020 @ 11.00 hours at RRB Chennai’s office.
2. In view of the changed scenario due to COVID-19, the exams are
likely to be held by observing stipulated guidelines related to
COVID like social distancing, sanitization of exam venues,
biometric/frisking etc. Hence prospective bidders are further
allowed to submit any additional/revised queries related to the
above tender by email to ntpcrrbchennai@gmail.com by
28.06.2020.
3. Though it is planned to hold the Pre-Bid Conference in person at
RRB Chennai’s office, due to any exigency on administrative
grounds at the last minute, the meeting may be held ONLINE
through Video Conferencing also. The prospective bidders are
required to send the details of the authorized representative ie.
Name of the person, Name of the Organization, authorization
letter, email id, mobile number etc. through email to
ntpcrrbchennai@gmail.com so that the necessary link can be sent
to attend the meeting through Video Conferencing, if required.
As mentioned vide Corrigendum 5, no newspaper advertisement
will be released in this regard. You may logon to www.ireps.gov.in
for any further revision in dates/updates.

All other terms and conditions of this E-Tender will remain the same.
