CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that I, Umakanta Pani inspected the project stretch and review the
Drawings and design in accordance with IRC SP 88-2019, Schedule -A,B,C and D, IRC
SP 73-2018 for Detailed Design Stage Audit of “Periodic renewal from km-142/620 to
km-159/280 OF NH-26 for the year 2019-2020 in the state of Odisha on EPC Mode”.

The observation narrated briefly with context to Safety Hazard, Horizontal geomatical
improvement and recommendation, which are to be attended by the EPC contractor
during construction. The same shall be reviewed by the Authority Engineer/ Safety
Auditor for satisfactory completion in accordance with the standard and codal provision
at Construction stage and Pre opening stage.
