M) Program

Policies
• All members of the Bar who have completed and passed the pre-judicature seminar of the Philippine Judicial
Academy (PhilJA) must get the necessary endorsement letter from the Chancellor to earn the necessary credit of
units.
• Applicants are subject to the Dean’s evaluation of their Transcript of Records (TOR).
• The payment of the application fee is not a guarantee of acceptance.
• The Graduate School of Law reserves to itself the right to screen applicants and determine their fitness for
graduate education.

Academic Requirements & Process


STEP 1: SECURE an application form from the Graduate School of Law Office (2nd Floor St. Bede Hall) then
submit the following requirements:

STEP 2: PAY the Application Fee amounting to Php 650.00 (six hundred fifty pesos) to the Accounting Office
located at the ground floor, St. Bede Hall.

STEP 3: SUBMIT the aforementioned requirements to the Graduate School of Law Office
1. Proof of payment of Application Fee 
2. Accomplished Application Form 
3. Five (5) 2”x2” inches recent colored ID picture with white background 
4. One (1) photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) 
5. One (1) photocopy of Marriage Contract (for married female) 
6. Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character from Dean, Prefect of Students, Guidance Counselor and
Supervisor/ HR Manager of company working for
Note:
• If there is only one office from your school which is authorized to issue Good Moral Certificate, request a
recommendation letter from your professor.
7. Philippine Law School Admission Test (PHILSAT) Result (If already available) 
8. Additional Requirements:
8.1. For Members of the Bar:

 Endorsement letter from the Chancellor of the Philippine Judicial Academy.  


 Certification of membership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) 
 Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)

8.2. For Members of the Bench

 Endorsement letter from the Chancellor of the Philippine Judicial Academy 


 Certification of membership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) 
 Colored photocopy of Passport, for foreign students only
