II. Assess the client’s physical, emotional, and social health in the light of her
reproductive and sexual health and well-being.
III. Ask the client initial questions to be aware of the client’s knowledge on her
reproductive and sexual health.
IV. Examine the reproductive and sexual health of the client in terms of
menstruation, family planning needs, contraceptives used or opts to use, and
pregnancy history.
V. Explore the potential risk factors that contribute to possible unsafe birthing and
conception of client.
VI. Educate client on the benefits family planning and birth control.
VIII. Encourage client to visit regularly or according to what has been talked about.
