Manager: Good morning, everyone! Before we start make sure you have all the copy of the
agenda. (Then discuss purpose of the meeting and etc.) I think we should expand our reach in our target
market and we need to be able to reach a quota that we need to sell in a higher per spectrum. Can I ask
how well are each groups doing on the marketing team?

Pair 1 : Respond and report positively about sa sales nila etc.

Manager: That’s good to hear though. Thank you. How about the second pair? How are you
doing with your sales? Are the old customers still loyal to our brand?

Pair 2: Respond and report negatively about sa sales nila etc.

Manager: I’m not quite happy to hear about that. We need to step our game and be the number
one in the market. In line with that, I will be holding a friendly contest between the workers to try to sell
as many of the sale items as possible. The highest seller will win 10,000 pesos.

Manager: Wow that’s good to hear. I’ll be there. See you! Well, I guess that’s all for today. I will
be treating you all to lunch after our meeting but with social distancing though. Are you available?
