BEEF TAPA FOR SHAWARMA:

500 gms beef sirloin (ground)


1tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
3 pcs calamansi
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
6 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp black pepper (ground)
¼ cup mayonnaise (80 ml)

Procedure:

1. Mix the ingredients well


2. marinate overnight in the refrigerator
3. cook the beef tapa
4. cook the beef tapa until brown but not overcooked
(5-8 mins of cooking)
