Reflection

I learned from this subject how to develop my skills to function effectively in the work place and
to grow personally to function through insight into human behavior, and if given a chance to become a
manager/leader I know how to handle the people and how to motivate them to be more productive in
our organization.

1. What is the importance of studying human behaviour in organization?

Studying human behaviour in organization helps to develop a better understanding of the behaviour of an


employee, how can a manager motivate employees, increase their performance, and help organizations
establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees.
2. How can understanding help a person? And how can understanding organizational behaviour
assist you in maximizing the goal?
It is important to understand a person so you can predict what people might feel in a certain situation, but
it also allows us to make sense of how people react.
Understanding the organizational behaviour helps the manager to achieve the goal of organization
because he already know how to handle and guide his people. With the right supervision, good
communication, setting rules and standards and motivate the people so they can perform their work
effectively.
3. How can managers increase job satisfaction?
Managers can increase job satisfaction of an employee by giving them opportunities for learning, to help
them grow as an employee and enhance their skills. Give a frequent feedback it will help them to know if
their performance is effective and productive. Measure engagement frequently it will help to know if the
people in the organization meet the set goal and the standard.
