EVALUATION: Dancing is such a good thing to do because it can relieve stress it can make you happy and
can enlighten your mood. Enjoying the music while dancing is the best combo. Enjoying at the same time
burning calories is a nice thing. I mean my breathing also improves in doing this kind of activities. My body
