Conversation strategy:

To use “always” and a verb in the “-ing” form to describe a person´s habits.

“When we talk about a person´s personality we can give examples of why

we think they have that personality by adding the word “always” and a verb
in the “ing” form. This is more for conversation use. When we use this
expression we´re saying this is a common action for that person and it´s
something they repeat again and again.”

Always + verb-ing

She was always making me laugh.
They´re always singing.

“We use “at least” to mention the good part of a bad situation that´s
happening now or happened in the past when we want to be positive or
help a person be positive.”
