During these covid 19 times organisations are switching from traditional to virtual teams. Virtual
teams are more flexible and they also have the opportunity to interact with the colleagues around
the world.

They have to follow social distancing and are not able to go to offices

Purple one because nowadays it is in demand and can be easily set up(strength)

There is moderate utilisation of team members knowledge as workforce are not able to contribute
to their fullest and due to which their skill sets are not enhancing and enriching.

There is 19.2% increasable probability of discovering the new innovations as in the times of these
pandemic the workforce are trying to develop new and innovative ideas to come out of this
situation.

3. Video conferences for interaction and in communication facial expressions plays a very vital role in
the organisation to be successful.

Audio conferences is less used as compared to video because there are no facial expressions and it is
also not judged properly(20.5) percent

There is 15 percent instant messaging used as it is a major form of written communication

There are 12.3 percent mobile devices used

13.7 percent usage of emails as it is only for formal communication and cannot be used for informal
ways.

4 . There are maximum 39.7 percent three to eight members in a team as all the team members
come from various backgrounds and diverse opinions are also optimal team number ( exact)
