The goal of the researches discussed is to become a better project manager, which

explores different techniques in construction, in order to have safer, efficient,

cost friendly project which satisfies the client’s needs. This can be done by
following systematic steps like Initiate, Plan, Design, Construct and Turn Over.
Furthermore, the manager should decide a way the technique of the construction,
whether it be conventional or modern technique. In which ever he or she chooses,
the environment and satisfactory of the occupants must be accounted. Finally, in
every construction, there is a possibility to further improvements in the future
and this could be done by identifying the mistakes and what more can be done and
sharing it through literature.
