Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercise (also known as cardio) is physical exercise of low to high intensity that
depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process. "Aerobic" means "relating to,
involving, or requiring free oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen to adequately meet energy
demands during exercise via aerobic metabolism. Generally, light-to-moderate intensity
activities that are sufficiently supported by aerobic metabolism can be performed for extended
periods of time. What is generally called aerobic exercise might be better termed "solely
aerobic", because it is designed to be low-intensity enough so that all carbohydrates are
aerobically turned into energy.

Before we came to the school for the performance of the aerobic exercise, my groupmates and I
practiced on some open space around the school. We practiced a lot because we wanted to do
better this time.

Here are some pictures of us during the performance:

During the performance we really wanted to do better because we wanted to impress Ma’am
Geselle and we want to prove her that we can work as a team.

After the performance, me and my groupmates are very happy with the results.Because of this
activity, my group learned that we can do way better when we cooperate and puts effort to our
lessons.
Aerobic Dance exercise involved fast and smooth body movement where it allows our body to
move or just go with the flow through the music. The steps are quiet though for me because I
don’t dance but through practice, I learned it.
I was able to go through the entire song and did the activity correctly.
