ASSOCIATE MEMBER SELECTION PROCESS 2020-21

ROUND 1

TASK 1
As a member of the Alumni Relations Cell, you are required to reach out to the
senior Alumni to convince them for the CXO Interview program for the final year
students to help them with their placement preparations.
The first step is to send a Formal Email to the alumni requesting them to sign up
for the program. An interest form needs to be included with the email to get the
final confirmation as well as their contact details.
You need to write an email (Subject + Body) and put it in a PDF file.

TASK 2
You need to create a poster & write the caption for Alumni of the Week series
that will be posted on our social media handles.
• Do not pick the alumni who have already been features in the series.
• Refrain from using the current template of the poster
You will be judged on the basis of your selection of alumni, template of poster
and content of caption.

TASK 3
Suggest a souvenir (except T-Shirts) that you could present to the alumni that
attend the city meets. Also, include details of 2 vendors that can supply the
souvenir (Contact details, quotations, etc.)
