Note-
(1) The declaration of extra marks will be made by the candidate himself. This is subject to verification by original documents/certificates. If this declaration is
found false, the candidature will be declared cancelled.
(2) No claim for extra marks will be entertained after the submission of this online form.
(3) Any certificate in favour of extra marks, issued after the form submission date will not be considered.
(4) Total extra marks cannot be more than 17 in any case. The decision of the admission committee shall be final in case of any dispute.
Student’s Declaration
1. I have carefully gone through the College prospectus and fully understand the University/College rules and regulations.
2. All the information submitted by me is true to the best of my knowledge. No material fact having a bearing on my selection has been suppressed/withheld.
3. I am well aware that the information submitted by me will be assessed by the admission/screening committee of the college. Any wrong information and
hiding of facts and anything which is against the rules and guidelines of University/college, will cancel my candidature.
4. I declare that I will maintain high level of dignity and character throughout the period of my study in this college. I will not participate in any undesirable,
antisocial and illegal activity within and outside the college campus. I will maintain complete discipline and will obey all directions given by The Principal
and Teachers.
5. I also declare that I will never boycott any exam conducted by Dr. B.R.A. University Agra or by the college under any circumstances. If I do any such
activity, I will bear whole responsibility of the consequences.
6. In case of my selection, I shall be abide by the rules and regulations of the College/University. I shall maintain at least 75% minimum attendance both in
theory and practicals.
7. If I remain absent from classes for a continuous period of 15 days, without any proper reason and information, the principal will have right to cancel my
admission
8. I am well aware that use of any kind of mobile phone within the college campus is strictly prohibited for the students. Accordingly, I shall not bring any
smart/android phone within the college campus. I shall maintain complete discipline and ethics. In any case of nuisance and indiscipline,
Principal/Proctorial board will have right to cancel my admission.
9. I also declare that I have never been convicted by any court of Law under Moral turpitude. I have also never been debarred/expelled out from any exam of
University/College for any misbehavior with teachers and other staff.
10. I declare that if I do not follow this declaration, the College administration can cancel my admission and can take administrative actions as per the rules of
the college.
Parent/Guardian’s Declaration
1. I hereby convince the college administration and take whole responsibility that my son/daughter/ ward CHANDER PRAKASH, seeking admission in class
[LLB] - LL.B., will maintain his/her moral, dignity and discipline during the entire period of his/her study in this college. In an otherwise situation he/she
shall be liable to punishment as per the provisions of the college. I also declare that he/she is not under employment anywhere.
2. He/She will be regular in classes and will maintain at least 75% attendance both in theory and practicals. If the attendance remains less than 75%, he/she
can be debarred from the University exams and I will have no objection in this regard. If he/she remains absent from classes for a continuous period of 15
days, the principal will have right to cancel his/her admission.
3. I take responsibility to enquire about my son daughter/ward in the college time to time.
