A few observations when I received this item – they were sparked when on Amazon the usual

‘people also searched for’ products came up and one of them was an [apparently] identical product
with different branding printed out (it was also cheaper and came with a cleaning brush). When I
checked the packaging / item I noticed the following:

1) There is no company address / contact on the packing – I’m pretty sure this is a legal
requirement (look at any item you purchase). Especially odd that there is no website – even
someone trading from their bedroom can at least create a one-page site (although there is a
link on the box to an ‘eco-recipes and tips’ pdf). From the Amazon seller information there is
a company name – FIASP Creations Ltd, registered at Companies House for civil engineering,
wholesale trade and educational support services. This contact is especially important as this
product is for containing liquid to be drunk and therefore needs traceability.
2) The box states ‘SGS and TUV certified’ but gives no reference to the exact standards
certified to or any link to verify this.
3) The box states ‘Designed in the Peak District’ yet an apparently identical product available
elsewhere on Amazon [as mentioned above} – which is the copy? Or was it just the box that
was designed in the Peak District?!
4) Amazon description mentions internal copper lining – no mention of this on the product
packing.

Washing instructions are on the box but no instruction leaflet is included e.g. to show the lock
mechanism or disassembly for cleaning.

In summary this look like a third party product that has simply been printed by the company name
of the seller (FIASP) – I am willing to be proved wrong on this.

I do wish Victora Jarmolkovicius and Yulia Kolomiytseva well in their enterprise – they just need to
be clear about which bits they have designed and give full disclosure on the packaging for legal
requirements.

I have given it 3 stars because it does appear to be a well made item – have yet to test it fully.
