Dear Mr. Mauricio:

I am writing you this letter to express my disagreement about your contribution

to the contamination of the land, caused by your mining company.

Mining is causing environmental impacts in the destruction of the earth's crust

and alteration of flora and fauna. Several months ago, the Municipal Court of
Pamplona Norte de Santander sent an official letter, informing the situation that
is presented by the mishandling of this work, but so far no response was
received. I demand that you take control of this problem and reduce the impacts
that this activity is causing.

If you do not respond within 3 to 5 business days, I will be forced to take legal
actions
