f. Go to the last RSI click the down arrow to merge up one on level by click top

3. On Base Volume --- EMA click 1 time

Rules: Look for the cross--- cross means everything

Moving Average
5 is the prelude --- lets you know that something is about to happen.
When the white line crosses the blue line it means something is about to happen.

Example: if a BUY ---5 should be on the bottom trying to cross over 13 ready to sell. If 5
crossover 34 then time to get in pulls 13 over

**Blue line should be in the middle.**

Perfect setup for a buy

MA 34 top YELLOW
MA 13 middle BLUE
MA 5 bottom WHITE

When 5 come up to cross 13 (prelude) something happens. If 5 cross 34 this is BUY period.

5 top WHITE
13 middle BLUE. --------- SELL
34 bottom YELLOW

How do you know it’s going to be a good BUY or SELL

RSI --- strength of the trade
Save --- settings --- preferences --- auto save charts design (disable)

3 --- when in a trade look @ the 3- 5 minutes charts

Sell will be bigger than the buys,

OBV EMA --- bearish trend
OBV under yellow
OBV Blue cross up over the yellow and drops it’s a SELL.
OBV on top crosses under the yellow

Stochastic Oscillator shows the role of the trade

Want the stochastic on bottom and roll up for a buy.
Want the stochastic on top and roll down for a sell.

Best time to trade is 7-8am (est)

Listen to music --- something that is soothing when trading that aligns with your temperament

How to Determine the trend

1. Ichimoko Cloud --- place last after all other 9 indicators align)
2. Sauce (9 indicators)
3. What’s going to dominate the day --- trend of the market --- Bears or Bulls
4. Hour timeframe --- est the trend for the hour

1. Check the trend for the day
a. What’s going to be my dominant for the day (bulls or bears)?
2. Check for the trend right now
a. Hour chart
b. What MA look like… where is it
c. How strong is the market --- RSI
d. What’s the position of the 5? --- 5 prelude lets you know something is going on
e. Where am I with overbought and oversold?
f. OBV EMA 13 & OBV (eg, if both on bottom crossing up perfect position for a
BUY)
g. Stochastic is the role --- 13 is your AHHA MOMENT – if 5 crosses the 13 then
cross the 34 ---- that’s your entry point --- just crossing isn’t good enough check
the mouth of money…if never get a wide mouth, wont get a strong pull. If set up
looks good on the hour then the market is good. Do not trade if doesn’t appear.
If the OBV EMA are at the top (riding high) --- over bought.

IN The CLOUD is a NO TRADE ZONE---NO MATTER WHAT
If price is above the cloud know it will drop back down. Price is like metal it’s a
magnet. It wants to stay close to the cloud.
If price is up above the cloud it’s a sell.
IF price is below the cloud it’s a buy
As price change the cloud will adjust itself
Support clouds are green.---- something has happened in the market.
Bust through resistant clouds are red --- price breaks through something
happened in the market and a whole lot of bought (Bullish)
As price goes up the cloud will readjust itself.
Market can’t outrun the indicators.
