9-Gamut Procedure

For this procedure please follow the following steps while gently
tapping or massaging your 9-Gamut point. Keep your head straight and
steady looking ahead of yourself while performing this. The starting
point is looking ahead.

1. Close your eyes.


2. Open your eyes.
3. Look hard down right.
4. Look hard down left.
5. Imagine a huge clock in front of you and you are trying to follow
its dial while moving around the clock. Starting from the top and
going clockwise please circle around as wide as you can and as
smoothly as you can, no pressure. Once smooth enough move to
the next step.
6. Now do the same as the above step just counterclockwise. It is
imperative to look as far on the periphery as possible without
hurting oneself, of course. Do your best and relax while doing it if
you can.
7. Now hum a song for 4 seconds.
8. Now count quickly from 1 to 5.
9. Now hum again for 4 seconds.

You can use this full procedure silently or with words, it will work
either way, especially if you are already stressed out or re-living
the stress and want to calm down and process it instead.
The wide circles can be hard in the beginning so please don’t be
hard on yourself if you feel you are not smooth or looking wide
enough. As you can see from my video, I also have issues with
them. The important thing is doing them without worries, it’s not
a competition. When the eyes don’t roll smoothly it generally
means, according to research, that there is still some unresolved
trauma about the topic you are working on. Nothing is written in
stone though, always remember that when using any healing
modality. We are all different and sometimes it’s just a physical
thing so go gentle and be patient if you can.
One last note, if you can’t remember the exactly order of the
sequence it’s not a problem, the last three points are the only
ones you truly need to do in that exact sequence, the others can
be changed if you prefer. The reason is that those three points
are designed to make your left and right brain work in sequence,
it’s a tool used to “jump-start” the brain when dealing with
trauma and high stress. It helps with the reset and while they
still don’t know exactly how all this works this procedures has
been studied in over twenty clinical trials so you can rest
reassured it is probably the best to date.
