Answer: No. It is stated in the Article 1809 the conditions as to when the partners can demand a
formal account such as:

 If he is wrongfully excluded from the partnership business or possession of its property

by his co-partners
 If the right exists under the terms of any agreement;
 Provided in Article 1807
 When a partner died, the formal account to be rendered to his legal representative
 If a partner is under legal disability

A. When may a partner exercise his right of redemption?

ANSWER: Any time before foreclosure, or in case of a sale being directed by the court, may be
purchased without thereby causing a dissolution.

B. What is the property right of a partner over the properties of the partnership
ANSWER: Property right of a partner is the partner’s right in specific partnership property,
interest in partnership and his right in management in partnership while properties of the
partnership are those properties exclusive for the sole purpose of the partnership’s business
transactions only.
