It is recorded at this time that Santosh Mishra, Age 42

years, R/o Budh Vihar Ph II. H. No. U-16, 8860492712, while

visiting the police Station stated that my daughter Mahima Mishra

aged 18 years 6 months, residing at above address, who left the

house on dated 22.09.2018 at 8.40 PM. I have searched for her,

but she is not found. Whose details are Height 5’ 5”, complexion

Fair, Long Face, Slim Body, she is wearing red suit, cream color

salwar and black sandals in feets. Search for her be made. After

recording the information, MPS Form has filled, which was filled

by HC Mahesh 1340/Crime DD No. 2. Copy of the report has sent

to HC Naresh 1735/RD for further action, who is inform the higher
